Your mission
- Development and implementation of partner strategies to increase sales, market share, customer satisfaction to corporate goals, regional market conditions and technological trends.
- Establishing, maintaining and developing long term partnerships, including identifying new business opportunities, potential cooperation partners and strategic alliances.
- Working closely with international partners in the marketing, positioning and launch of ProMik products in the respective target markets.
- Supporting partners throughout the entire sales process from customer contact, technical consulting and presentation to quotation preparation and contract negotiation to the successful implementation of complex projects with varying degrees of complexity.
- Planning and implementing training, education and enablement measures to continuously strengthen and further expand the technical competence, market expertise and independence of our partners.
- Analysing market and competitive developments and developing recommendations for action on product and sales strategy – in close coordination with management, product development and sales.
- Regular reporting to management on partner performance, sales development, market opportunities and operational progress.
- Representing ProMik at international trade fairs, customer events, roadshows and specialist events.
- Active participation in shaping the global growth strategy through market observation, regional feedback loops and close cooperation with internal interfaces.
- Development of structured processes and tools for partner management, performance monitoring and knowledge management to increase efficiency and transparency in international business.
- Supporting the market launch of new products and solutions, including pricing and positioning strategies for the respective regions.
- Participating in forecasts, budget planning and business development initiatives to identify and tap growth potential at an early stage.
- Negotiating contracts with partners and sales representatives
- Providing regular training sessions for partners and sales representatives, including responsibility for the necessary marketing and training materials in cooperation with the marketing department
- Providing feedback on local trends, competitive activities and product requirements as a basis for product development.
